Cancellation before dispatch
A SILVARAA order may be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
Because orders are normally dispatched within 2 days, contact us as early as possible after placing the order.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-dispatch cancellation.
How to request cancellation
Cancellation requests may be sent through either:

Include your order number and the email or mobile number used to place the order.
Prepaid orders
SILVARAA currently accepts prepaid orders only.
If an eligible cancellation is approved before dispatch, any applicable payment reversal is processed back through the original payment method. Payment-provider or banking processing time may apply.
